Real Estate

The Southern Tier is extremely fortunate to have a strong real estate market; partially due to the strong academic market in our area, and our thriving business economy. There are many neighborhoods to choose from and real estate in the Southern Tier can be quite affordable, though one has to act fast. Homes are selling quickly and inventory is low. When searching, working with a professional agent can make all the difference.
