Ready to build? Here's a lot with a view to do so. There used to be a house on the property with well and septic. The house burnt down, the lot was cleared of the debris and left vacant. The current owner can not verify if the well works as there has been no electric in his ownership to test it. There is electric at the road. The type of septic tank is unknown. I called the county to see if there was a permit on file. This septic was put in before permits were required. So, the tank would need to be exposed to know what type of tank it is.
