Born and raised in Ithaca, I grew up in the bustling restaurant industry, The Livery Restaurant, learning at a young age the ability to serve and take care of guests’ needs. My passion for the hospitality industry led me to pursue a Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management degree from the University of Delaware. That same passion drew me to Atlanta, GA after college to work in the field of Sales & Catering management with Wyndham and then Hilton hotels. I excelled in the Sales and Marketing aspects of the hotel business which has led to a long and successful career as a Director of Sales and Marketing. I am currently an accomplished sales professional as the Ithaca Area Director of Sales for Baywood Hotels; The Canopy, Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn. That same passion that motivates me to work tirelessly to “take care” of my guests and clients is what sparked my interest in the real estate industry. I have spent most of my life in Ithaca and Tompkins County and I have a deep knowledge and understanding of the area and all the intricate neighborhoods. I have served on many local boards and committees in pursuit of giving back to our dynamic community. This includes my many years of service on the Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce board of which I am currently the board chair. In addition, I have been a county appointed member of the Strategic Tourism Planning board for over 10 years and have served as a vice chair and chair of this board for several terms.
When I am not working or contributing to this great community through my board work you will find me spending time with my wonderful family and friends. My true joy is my family, my husband, Kevin and my children, Nicholas, Zachary and Lily. I can often be found on many lacrosse fields cheering on my children as they compete doing what they love.
