After a two decade career in commercial real estate finance and banking, Chi Wah is branching out to help real folks find their dream home. Chi Wah, originally from Canton, China, grew up in Queens, NY. She has worked in big cities like Manhattan and Shanghai and has traveled to many places around the world including Hong Kong, Macao, Korea, Singapore, London, Colombia, and Poland. In 2009, she moved to Ithaca with her husband to attempt a homesteading lifestyle. Now they have three children, a dog, and one chicken that’s survived the backyard predators.
During Chi Wah’s visits with her husband to look at potential houses back in 2009, there were always bright blue skies and big fluffy clouds. The Central New York area was the most heavenly place they’ve ever visited. There were rolling hills, lush greenery, abundant farmlands, glorious waterfalls, and charming neighborhoods. She hopes to help others find their piece of heaven in the area.
Chi Wah has a broad range of commercial real estate experience, ranging from finance, banking, marketing to valuation. She has an Advanced Professional Certificate from NYU’s Real Estate Institute and a BA in English Literature from Columbia University. She is currently also a NYS Licensed Real Estate Appraiser Assistant.
